New Membership System

New RSVP System

Today (August 8th, 2011) Overtime Group launched a new Membership System. This comes after 3 months of development and testing. Our members will no longer need to repeat the same process of submitting information each time they RSVP for an event. We have also implemented Facebook Connect so our members can use their Facebook accounts to login and not worry about remembering another password. There are significant convenience improvements for the users, but most of the benefits are on the administration side. The most important aspect is that the new membership system is connected to our emarketing software MailChimp. This makes it a lot easier for us to create events, send event reminders and review all user statistics.

Another major reason for the upgrade, is that we will be releasing iPhone and Android Apps that will streamline the check-in process and expedite the time it takes to enter the venue, so you can claim your Overtime Rewards quicker!
